“Filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Proper hygiene was not high on the list. Beds appeared to have been previously slept in and possibly more than once. One bed sheets smelt like Indian food and the other bed had 3 different smells, and non smelt like soap or clean. Dry dead skin at foot area. Stains on pillow and towels. Dirty floor. Used toilet paper on counter that was dirty in inside of role (I don’t even want to speculate). Darkest and thickest black hair was in many places in room. Used...

“Peaceful view, nice room. We had difficulties though; we had no power in half the room at check in. Temperature was low and we needed to wear our coats for the first hour until the room heated up. TV reception was poor - we were told this was normal, but we'd hoped to watch the Olympics in our room. Coffee maker didn't work. A lot of things that some quality control could have helped.
